Opening online trading, futures trading and derivatives accounts

In its capacity as Introducing Broker (IB) Portfolio Concept manages derivatives accounts held by the Peregrine Financial Group (PFG), a Chicago-based clearing broker. PFG is one of the world’s 40 largest Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs).

PFG is an exceptionally client-centered partner that has gained a reputation as a highly innovative clearing broker since its establishment in 1980. This applies in particular to its automatic trade signal and online trading systems.

Clients’ funds are held in what are known as segregated funds, so there is a clear division between their funds and those of the clearing broker. All invested funds are held in individual managed accounts.

This setup is highly advantageous for clients. They benefit from the strict regulatory environment and strong investment security in the United States, as well as from the expertise and experience of Portfolio Concept, one of the Germany’s oldest and most respected futures brokers.

Regardless of whether clients wish to place orders by phone or online, or prefer to have Portfolio Concept manage their account using its range of trading systems on their behalf, the first step is always to open an individual account in their own name.

We send out a printed monthly statement as well as a daily account statement by e-mail. Portfolio Concept’s clients can also access their account online using their own personal login. Finally, clients may also call to inquire about their balance and request information about executing trading orders.
